Olympus E-P2 New Arrival

Olympus has announced the E-P2 just five months after the launch of its first Micro Four-Thirds camera, the E-P1. It's a minor upgrade with the addition of a port for a new high resolution electronic viewfinder (or external microphone), two new Art filters and a pearlescent black finish. It also gains AF tracking and includes a new i-Enhance 'colour boosting' function. Available from January 2010, the E-ro Four Thirds zoomsP2 with VF-2 electronic viewfinder and either 17mm pancake or 14-42mm zoom lens will sell for a suggested retail price of $1099.99 or about IDR 9.9 million. The company has also said it will launch the M.Zuiko Digital ED 9-18mm F4.0-5.6 wideangle and M.Zuiko Digital ED 14-150mm F4.0-5.6 superzoom Micro Four Thirds lenses in the first half of 2010.

Canon EOS-1D MARK IV

Sooner Canon will answer The professional photographer needing about DSLR Camera that can shoot in high speed andlow light condition. It is approved with their new product Canon EOS 1D Mark IV. It will be on market globally next month.

In this new one you will find better pixels increasing and speed. CMOS sensor with 16.1 megapixel resolution (APS-H) with great microlens structure will produse high quality picture and natural color. It works with dual processor "DIGIC 4" which is able to work well when you capture a full size picture with the fastest speed (10 fps up to 85 pictures in JPEG format respectively).

To increase the speed shooting in low light conditions, high ISO settings is absolutely necessary. Canon EOS-1D Mark IV carrying the ISO options from 100 to 12,800 which can be lowered to 50 and increased the ISO to ISO 102,400 with minimal noise. With this high ISO, this camera users will be taken to a new world of photography with pictures that have not been able to produce before.

High ISO for shooting in dark places certainly will not work best when it is not supported with autofocus capability that can work fast in the dark, too. Canon presents the latest technology Autofocus in Canon EOS-1D Mark IV. High accuracy of 45-point AF sensor that can be selected will delete the user concerns of losing focus on high-speed shooting. Among the 45 points are 39 cross-type AF points which can be selected. Setting the AF function is also added so that users can choose what AF system is best used in the different shooting conditions. On the use of Live view function, users can choose one of 3 AF systems, Live Mode, Face Detection or Quick Mode.

Canon EOS-1D Mark IV presents various options video function as one of its features. Through this function, video with high image of perfection and the resolution of 1920x1080 (Full HD), can be recorded with 24, 25 and 30 progressive frame rates. Evenmore, the 60 fps images speed record are also available at a resolution of 1280x720.

Beside, ClearView II LCD monitor 3-inch size embedded in the camera has a 920,000 pixel high resolution with a bright image display, so its users can view images on a monitor with comfortable even in the sunlight.

Lenovo Announced New Windows 7 Notebooks

Lenovo already got official with a couple of its Windows 7-powered machines last week, but it looks like the rest of the crop is landing today. It has already seen the 11.6-inch IdeaPad U150 and 15.6-inch U550 pop up in various corners of the globe this month, and the IdeaPad U350 has been around since the summer. That said, we'll take the OS refresh and minor spec bumps any day of the week (along with new colors on the S10-2), and that's exactly what we're getting. We'll spare you the rehash (it's all there in the read link if you need a refresher), but over on the desktop front, we're pretty stoked about the stylish (and previously rumored) all-in-one IdeaCentre B500. Packing a Core 2 Quad CPU, 1TB of HDD space, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM and a 23-inch LCD, this thing may actually perform fairly well in tasks more strenuous than checking email. The business-minded K300 and bargain-priced H230 ($299 starting point) are less thrilling from a hardware perspective, but they'll certainly fit their respective molds quite well. The whole lot should be available to order soon directly from Lenovo, and there's bound to be plenty of options for those not content with base configurations.

The New Bold is Born: Bold 9700

RIM's successor to the original Bold -- the BlackBerry Bold 9700 -- has finally landed on. The 9000 is in many ways a hard act to follow. Hardware-wise, it lived up to its name, going where most phones never went with its retro, leathery, nearly clunky looks in an age of rounded edges and shiny curves. the 9000's aesthetics is good obsessively . A few questions in mind: would the 9700 live up to its predecessor's notoriously uncompromising fashion sense? Would the new Bold feel as good to hold and use in the hand as its loving parent? How would it stack up against other, new devices from RIM?

Just wait till RIM announces and releases the new Bold 9700 legally in Indonesia. Maybe January 2010

LG GW300 dan Samsung Corby Txt, Ancaman bagi Hape QWERTY Lokal

Dua vendor besar asal negeri ginseng a.k.a Korea sepertinya merasa terancam dengan hadirnya ponsel ponsel QWERTY lokal yang membanjiri pasar ponsel Indonesia. Yup, Samsung dan LG sekarang memasang ancang ancang untuk menjegal produk lokal berbasis QWERTY yang laris manis dipasaran seperti IMO B9000, G910, Nexian online dan lain sebagainya.

Di counter counter saat ini sudah bisa ditemui produk QWERTY dari dua vendor besar korea tersebut. LG dengan GW300 dan Samsung dengan Corby Txt. Dua handset ini digelontorkan untuk menyasar mid end user. Jadi jelaslah harganya terjangkau. LG GW300 misalnya dihargai Rp 1.349.000,00 dengan paketan dari operator Three(3), ini berarti sama dengan harga IMO B9000 yang juga dikisaran harga Rp 1,3 juta. Samsung lain lagi, Corby Txt nya dihargai sedikit lebih mahal yakni berkisar Rp1,5 juta dengan desain nyentrik dan khas anak muda.

Dua QWERTY korea ini sama sama mengandalkan kemudahan akses messaging dan online (facebook, friendster, email, chatting, browsing). Selain itu fitur multimedia seperti kamera 2 Mpx, music player dan radio FM pun telah tersedia. Meski belum sanggup menjamah jaringan 3G apalagi HSDPA, GPRS dan EDGE class12 (class 10 for Corby Txt) rasanya cukup mumpuni untuk sekedar update status FB maupun Twitter.

Apakah akan terjadi perang QWERTY mid end di Indonesia?? Hmm rasanya iya!!
